# Please comment only if you are 100% sure of your purchase. All orders are based on first pay first serve basis.

# All prices stated are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are exclusive of postage fees. All of our products are brand new.

# We accept POSB/DBS/PayPal transfers. Bank details will be advised on invoice. For ATM transfers, snapshot of your transaction is required. Serious actions will be taken against fraud cases.

# Payment must be made within 24 hours upon receiving the invoice to secure your purchase. We will not hesitate to blacklist dead buyers. 

# Once payment is made, we do not allow changes to other colors/designs even if the item is still available.
# Orders are non-refundable. But we will refund to you if there's defect on the item before we send it out. 

# Exchange is allowed only in cases of defect and is subjected to review. Please contact us within 5 working days after receiving item and it must be un-worn/un-washed.

# There may be a 0.5"-1.5" difference in our given measurements. In such cases, the variance may not be considered as a defect.

# Colors on screen may vary slightly from actual item due to color calibration of individual's computer or strong studio lights. Thus, it cannot be considered as a defect.

# Item will be mailed out within 2 to 3 working days after payment is received.

# In the event if any item is return to EsthieBella because of whatsoever reason not caused by us, customer will have to bear the additional postage fee.

# Please note that we are NOT liable for any lost mail and therefore we strongly recommend you to opt for registered postage. Registered mails are charged at an additional of $2.40 on top of the item cost. For all registered mail, an unique tracking number will be given and you can track the whereabouts of your parcels here.

# All pictures used from EsthieBella are prohibited.

# We will not be liable should you purchase our merchandise from a third party.

# We respect the privacy rights of our customers and no private information will be disclosed to unrelated entities unless required by law.

# You are deemed to agree to all the Terms & Conditions stated by purchasing from us.

# EsthieBella reserves the right to reject a transaction at our own discretion and amend Terms & Conditions at any given time.
