Terms and Conditions:
1. Please comment or email to us if you are 100% sure of your purchase. We will send an invoice within 24 hours if item is available. All orders are based on first pay first serve basis.
2. Please refrain from making payment before invoice is received.
3. Payment has to be made within 24 hours once invoice is issued. Buyers who back out of transactions after the invoice is sent will be blacklisted and priority will not be given in future launches.
4. We accept POSB/DBS/PAYPAL transfers. For ATM transfers, snapshot of your transaction is required. Serious actions will be taken against fraud cases.
5. Once payment is made, we do not allow changes to other colors/designs even if the item is still available.
6. All EsthieBella's mailing listees and facebook fans will be able to enjoy FREE normal postage (SGD 1.50) along with their FIRST purchase.
7. It is always advisable to opt for Registered Postage as normal parcels cannot be tracked. Fee will be advised on invoice. We will not liable for any lost mails.
8. Any other surcharges incurred should buyer opt for courier services will be fully borne by buyer.
9. All Orders are non-refundable. Exchange is allowed only in cases of defect and is subjected to review. Please contact us within 5 working days after receiving item and it must be un-worn/unwashed.
10. There may be a 0.5"-1" difference in our given measurements. In such cases, the variance may not be considered as a defect.
11. Colors on screen may vary slightly from actual item due to color calibration of individual's computer. Thus, it cannot be considered as a defect.
12. You are deemed to agree to all the Terms & Conditions stated by purchasing from us.
13. EsthieBella reserves the right to reject a transaction at our own discretion and amend Terms & Conditions at any given time.
